UE4: Prairie Creek Villas

My second attempt at taking a (this time a bit more complex) 3ds Max/V-Ray project to see what the transition would look like to Unreal Engine, based on what a typical project deliverable looks like for me. This one is using a real project that was originally delivered via offline rendering and V-Ray (Prairie Creek Villas - Cortland). Some of the furniture models in this space are sourced to save time, but all of the materials, lighting, and some furniture pieces are by myself.
